We offer unisex sizing ranging from XS to 3XL depending on the item.
All products feature a comfortable, modern streetwear fit.

Each product includes a detailed size guide.
If you're unsure, we recommend going one size up for a relaxed, oversized fit.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can make changes within the first 12 hours of your order being placed.
After that, items may already be in production.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.

5. How long does shipping take?

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days
    Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

6. How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

7. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

8. Can I exchange an item?

Yes — exchanges are available for size or color changes, pending product availability.

9. What if my item arrives damaged?

No worries — we got you.

All items are produced, designed and printed in Canada in partnership with local print shops and small businesses.

12. Will the designs fade or crack?

Our products use high-quality printing and inks to ensure durability, vibrance, and long-lasting wear.

13. What is the Jamaica Strong Collection?

A special collection designed to support Hurricane Melissa Relief Efforts in Jamaica.

14. Where do the proceeds go?

A portion of proceeds from every Jamaica Strong item goes to the Farex Music Foundation, which distributes funds to verified relief, recovery, and rebuilding initiatives across the island.

15. What is the Farex Music Foundation?

A charitable organization under Farex Entertainment Inc. supporting music education, cultural programs, youth development, and community outreach in Canada and Jamaica.
