We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unwashed
In original condition
Free from stains, odors, or damage
With all original tags and packaging (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

We offer exchanges for:
Wrong size
Wrong color
A different product (equal or lesser value)
Exchanges are based on current availability.
If the item you want is sold out, you may choose:
Store credit
A refund (if eligible)
An exchange for a different item
For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Hats
Socks
Gift cards
Final sale items
Limited-edition drops (case-by-case)
Items purchased during charitable campaigns (unless damaged/defective)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not refund items that arrive after the 14-day return window.
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, the order may already be in production or shipped.
If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
