We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right. Please review the full Return & Exchange Policy below before submitting a request.


RETURNS

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • With all original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation

A member of our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • A different product (equal or lesser value)

Exchanges are based on current availability.

If the item you want is sold out, you may choose:

  • Store credit

  • A refund (if eligible)

  • An exchange for a different item


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hats

  • Socks

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Limited-edition drops (case-by-case)

  • Items purchased during charitable campaigns (unless damaged/defective)


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Email photos and your order number to:

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not refund items that arrive after the 14-day return window.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, the order may already be in production or shipped.

If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
